Add to existing Stole
PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ADDING TO YOUR EXISTING STOLE
Once you have placed your order to add to your stole, please pop it into a ziplock bag with your name and phone number and drop it off at anytime by placing it inside the drop box (large red box beside the front door - or post it) - address below. I will let you know once the stole is complete and ready for pick-up/return post. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE STOLES IN THE LETTERBOX. AND -
REMOVE ALL PINS, BADGES ETC. FROM YOUR STOLE BEFORE RETURNING IT.

The stole needs to be at least 10cm wide (or wider) to enable me to add your sacraments. If you have a narrow stole which has been provided by the church, I can still add to this, however, the name of the sacrament can not be included eg. the words Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation, will not fit. Only a symbol and date. Please click here to view the image. Also, please be very clear in the special instruction if you would like the name to be vertical. All names will be horizontal unless specified.
Adding to you existing stoles takes 4-6 business days.
CONDITIONS OF PICK-UP
Monday to Friday only.
Pick-up is only available via the drop-box (a large red box, clearly labelled with “Nancy’s Creations” on the lid located and is located on the right hand side of the front door). When your order is ready, I will text you to arrange a suitable day/time for you to pop over and collect your items. Your order will be safe, as the area is monitored by CCTV, and I receive notification when there is movement around the drop box. If you are planning to collect your order on a weekend, you must let me know before 5pm on the Friday prior.
DISCLAIMER - All persons coming onto the premises must take care for their own safety and that of other persons accompanying them for whom they are responsible for. No liability will be accepted for loss, damage or injury to persons or vehicles (including contents) however such loss or injury is caused.
To add to your stole
Please visit the “symbols and fonts” page to make your selections. After you have chosen your symbol and fonts/colours all you need to do is go to the shop page and select “Adding to your existing stole”
Adding to an existing stole costs $22 - this cost includes the sacrament (eg. Eucharist, Reconciliation etc..), date and symbol. (If you're making more than one addition on the same stole, (eg. Name/s & Sacrament details)at the same time, the initial cost will be $22 and then each addition thereafter is reduced to $20) See below
- Add to you existing Sacrament Stole or to one which has been provided to you by your parish.

- $20 per side of embroidery
- Total cost to embroider one side - $22
- Total cost to embroider both sides - $42
If you would like the name to be placed vertically, or around the collar, (or in a different colour etc) please be very clear in the "special instructions".
If you are looking to order a Stole and include previous sacraments you must select the stole for the current sacrament your child will be celebrating. You can then add the previous sacraments required. (eg. if your child is having their Reconciliation, and you would like to include Baptism details - then you must choose the “Reconciliation” Order form and once in this form you can add previous sacraments)
All Stoles are created with the names written Horizontal. If you would like your child’s name to be placed Vertically down one side of the stole, please write this in the “Special Instructions” box at the base of the order form.

Please note - included on the stole under your child's name is the small cross as pictured. The cost of the stole is calculated using this smaller cross design. If you would like to add an alternative symbol, or larger cross, please contact me via email as additional charges will apply. ($10)
