WELCOME - As this is complex, build your own stole site, I would strongly recommend you take a few minutes to read through the Pricing and FAQ page before placing your order as this will answer many questions you may have.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER - Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If you don’t receive an instant confirmation, please check your junk mail. If it does not appear, please check that you have finalised your order by going back to your cart. IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL - I WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

POSTAGE - When choosing postage, please read all options. If you have ordered multiple items such as a bundle, more than one stole, a single candle or personalised towel, you much choose the multiple options box, as they will not fit into a single stole envelope, which is purely designed for one single stole.

PAYMENTS - All payments are made thru Paypal, however you do not need a Paypal account to process your payment. Credit card payments can be made once you are in the Paypal screen.
