Your quilt order will be packed and sent within 3 working days. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery, unless you choose express post which, in most instances, is next day delivery. If your order is urgent, and you require it earlier than this time frame, please call me on 0412 554 368, and I will be happy to work with you to achieve your deadline.
Pick-up is available from Watsonia North via Drop Box.

CONDITIONS OF PICK-UP
Pick-up is only available via the drop-box (a large red box, clearly labelled with “Nancy’s Creations” on the lid, and is located beside the front door). When your order is ready, I will text you to arrange a suitable day/time for you to pop over and collect your order. Your item/s will be safe, as the area is monitored by CCTV, and I receive notification when there is movement at the front door. If you are planning to collect your order on a weekend, please let me know before 5pm on the Friday prior, as I do not work on weekends.

When I am not working creating beautiful stoles, I spend the bulk of my time running a small charity Inspirational Quilts which was established in 2005. It has so far donated over 5,000 patchwork quilts to The Royal Children’s Hospital, Heart Kids Victoria and Ronald McDonald House, for individuals who are going through a tough and challenging time. It is the hope of the charity that the quilts will lift the recipients spirits, provide them with the courage they need to see them through, and renew their faith in humans kindness.

To sustain the charity and maintain its level of annual donations as well as keep up with the ever increasing cost of materials, I often find myself making two of the same quilt - one to donate to the hospital, and the other is listed below. All monies received from the sale of the “IQ QUILTS” will be donated directly to the charity, and your purchase will ensure it's continued growth and success now and into the future. These quilts are sold to you at a reduced price, and once sold, will no longer be available for re-order.
